Refund policy

Any manufacturer defective item must be Returned within 24/48 hours from the time of delivery. Once we receive the return we will inspect and test the merchandise. If found that there is a manufacturer defect, we are glad to replace your purchased item/s with a new one. Else, any miss-use are not covered by our policy. Returns must include all items as received.
We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or contact us before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.
In regard to the cost of shipment for returns, customer may be responsible for the costs of shipping the items back to us.
